SRKR Food Court ("we", "our", "us") operates a WhatsApp-based food ordering service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
When you place an order through our WhatsApp bot, we collect your WhatsApp phone number, order details (items, quantities, prices), and payment status. We do not collect passwords, email addresses, or sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary to process your order.
We use your phone number to send order confirmations and payment links via WhatsApp. Your order details are stored to process and fulfil your order and to maintain order history for our records.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card details, UPI credentials, or any payment credentials on our servers. Razorpay's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process your order (Razorpay for payments, Twilio for WhatsApp messaging) or as required by law.
Order data is retained for a period of 12 months for business records. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
