Orders can be cancelled only before food preparation has begun. Once payment is received and food preparation has started, cancellations are not accepted. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via WhatsApp after placing your order.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking) used at the time of purchase. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
To request a refund, contact us at the SRKR Food Court counter with your order details and payment reference number, or message us on WhatsApp with your order information.
